Camping Annecy

Also called the Venice of the Alps, Annecy is mainly known for its beautiful lake, which bears the same name as the town itself. Our campsites at Annecy are all located in the vicinity of towns with splendid, medieval buildings, which reflect diverse cultures, set amidst magnificent landscapes. In Annecy, you will find our campsite, L'Ideal. This campsite boasts several swimming pools, complete with slides, plus a whole array of great sports facilities.

At L'Ideal campsite, we have Supreme three-bedroomed mobile homes available. This luxury mobile home has all the mod cons and comforts you need to make you feel at home! We also have three-bedroomed Holiday lodge tents available. These tents come with a fully-covered decking and are very comfortable. We also offer three-bedroomed bungalow tents with a complete inventory. Here you will get a taste of the real camping life. Whichever accommodation you choose, we are convinced that you will have the holiday of a lifetime at our campsite in Annecy!

Annecy is a town surrounded by spectacular mountains and historic buildings, not to mention its many winding alleys and wonderful atmosphere! Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday morning, there is a market in the town centre, which is well worth exploring! Sample tasty local products and browse around the market stalls, discovering various wares. The breathtaking mountains and the azure-blue lake are sights not to be missed during your stay at L'Ideal! Do not forget to capture the memorable moments of your holiday in Annecy!

There are so many great places to visit during your campsite holiday in Annecy. For instance, you could explore the historic city of Lyons, less than two hours' drive from the campsite, or enjoy a boat trip on the River Rhône and River Saône. For those of you who prefer places closer to the campsite, we recommend you explore Rue Saint Claire, an old-fashioned shopping street  with a medieval feel. Rue Saint Claire leads directly to Lake Annecy where you can take a leisurely stroll along the lake and then stop off for refreshments at a terrace or restaurant. You are sure to enjoy your holiday in Annecy!
