Idyllically situated in one of the most beautiful regions in France, right on the Ardèche River, is camping La Grand’Terre. The campsite is located in the vicinity of Ruoms and Vallon Pont d’Arc.
 

This friendly, family campsite has plenty of great facilities for young and old! Located near the entrance are several sports amenities, including a tennis court, a multi-purpose sports field and several jeu de boules areas. The campsite also has its own small supermarket and bike rental facilities. Centrally located on the campsite are a restaurant and bar overlooking the swimming pool. Conveniently situated in Ruoms, about 3 km from the campsite, is a large supermarket. During the peak season, the entertainment crew organises plenty of fun-filled games and activities for guests, young and old! 

Centrally located on the campsite is a fabulous swimming pool complex with a heated pool and separate kiddies pool, complete with slide. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool and soak up the sun on the campsite’s private beach, right on the bank of the Ardèche River.

The Ardèche region is the perfect destination for an active family holiday! Several times a week, camping La Grand’Terre arranges exciting canoe trips through the unique Gorges de L'Ardèche. Why not spend a day in an adventure park, where you can climb tall trees and follow various exciting trail?!

Or explore the Cocalière caves, one of France’s most famous sights? If you like, you can also hire a mountainbike at La Grand’Terre and explore the rugged Ardèche area for yourself! For those of you who feel like taking it easy, there are also plenty of great hiking trails, where you can wander at your leisure and admire the magnificent scenery.
